there is a car park and the kitchen is clean
The smell of the lobby and the apartment The floor of the apartment is so dusty and feet get black if you walk without slippers The staff was unprofessional at all, and look at you as a suspicious at any movement and never say Hi or Goodbye. When you stop the car someone will jump and keep watching you until you enter the left. They called my room many times when I was out and told my family that they need to talk to me then they called me on my mobile phone and asked for my birthday !!!!! but indeed they want to check on something but I didn’t figure it out. For the first time in my life I had to pay the full amount before I even see the room ! The area is so noisy around the hotel

staff know their duties and hotel is quit and that is the best thing
during booking through the site i picked up the choice that says i need one more bed but when i arrived they said there is no moore bed all are asked by other customers. This is not good at all and i suffered a lot from this. Hotel shoul communicate through Booked.net that it currently has no extra more bed and the ckick mark in the site should be inactive. Second if this happen staff shoul deal with it by getting one bed by any means to satisfy customers needs. This is very bad point i faced with this hotel.

Hotel location is good.... Good for Bachelors & group of friends.... Taxis available frequently... Private self car parking.... Balcony....
Room service not prompt. You need to ask the reception for almost all basic needs like blankets..WiFi is not free in the hotel. The pool is not open 24 hours and it does not have beds ( a total of 4 only).

My family and I felt safe in the hotel.
Toiletries were not replenished on a regular basis, especially the toothpaste. They should inform the guest if the items will not be replenished anymore so the guest will just buy it. Anyhow, this is just a minor issue.

In overall the room was beautifully maintained and huge and with all the amenities. The location was excellent and convenient for Dubai, close enough to grocery, restaurants and Mosque as well as all shopping malls and other joints. Furthermore, to the nearby market.

I traveled together with my parents and a friend of mine, so we booked two rooms. We got lucky and my parents got an upgrade to a "Suit". The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. All in all it was a good deal for the price we paid (about 19 € per person/night). Just be aware that there is no metro station close by, but on the main road there are busses, which take you to the next metro station. By taxi it will cost you about 50 DIR from the airport to the hotel, from Burj Khalifa about 30 DIR.
Even though the rooms was clean, the furniture was somewhat run down. Internet (wifi) was available in the lobby, but they charge extra if you want internet in the room. There is pool on the roof of the hotel, but unfortunately it was only open until 5 pm, so we never got a chance to use it.
